Class Description
With a dense curriculum of cardio, strength training, and stretching, your child will have an action-packed experience to look forward to every session. Learning self-defense will keep them confident, rigorous physical training will make them disciplined, and the relationship between teacher and pupil will instill them with eternal wisdom.
