Aïssa Guerfi is a physical education professional with over ten years of experience in coaching and teaching youth, college athletes, and competitive team handball clubs. He holds a Master of Science in Theory and Methodology of Sports.

Aïssa began his career in Algeria as a team handball athlete and physical education teacher. He also served as a coach and athletic director for various teams, including those in state league programs. After spending nearly two years in Marseille, France, where he worked and studied, Aïssa decided to move to the United States in 2018. Since then, he has worked as a physical education teacher, personal trainer, and athletic director, creating athletic programs, developing lesson plans, and leading after-school sports initiatives.

His coaching experience encompasses team sports, individual sports, and martial arts. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Aïssa is dedicated to promoting youth engagement in sports.
