My mom immigrated to Nashville, TN from London, and I'm proud to be a dual citizen of the US and the UK

Hello friend! I am an improvisational comedian, actor, and teacher. I have trained and performed at the Upright Citizen's Brigade, Magnet Theater, the People's Improv Theater, and many other eclectic venues around NYC since 2014. I am also about to launch my own improvised therapy podcast Sigmund Fraud which will debut in January 2022. I believe strongly in teaching from a place of inclusion, empowerment, and joy!
